   What the title says - certain programs on my figurer tin't open up files.

   When I go to Pigment and click File > Open up, a separate window opens then I tin can choose a file, as I should be able to.

   Merely when I open an awarding similar Discord and try to upload a file using the "+" push in the bulletin bar, or try to alter a playlist's epitome on Spotify, this separate window to choose a file doesn't show up. I click the button the "+" push button in Discord or the "supplant image" button in Spotify, the loading cursor appears for a carve up second, then zip happens.

   This used to piece of work. I apply Discord to share photos, music files etc and change my Spotify playlist covers all the time.

   This issue merely popped upwardly today, forth with some Bad Paradigm errors 0xc000012f at the first fourth dimension I tried to open the apps. I ran sfc/scannow, RestoreHealth, DISM.exe etc in admin Control Prompt and those allowed me to open the programs and they seemed to function normally until THIS problem happened.
